Rabat – The Moroccan government and Chinese-European electric mobility company GOTION High-Tech on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a gigafactory dedicated to producing electric car batteries and energy storage systems, the first of its kind in Africa.
